About

This site documents the various activities we explore in sustainable living and in particular sustainable farming practices. The principle author is Ben Falloon, who with his partner Nina Grundner and young infant daughter Maya strive to find a way to live in this world that has positive effect.

Most recently this involves an exploration of various emerging methods of land design and management. In particular the ideas associated with ‘permaculture’ and an earlier methodology developed by the late P.A. Yeomans called ‘Keyline Design’.

So besides the endless ‘House Cow’ entries we’re so fond of posting, expect to read more about the methods we’re employing to build fertility in the soil, along with other explorations as they seem relevant to a broader audience.

We are also gearing up to commence a series of practical workshops and courses aimed at promoting the methods and ideas that we’ve employed in farming. So keep a watch out for new developments in this exciting department.

Thanks for visiting!
Ben
