We’re proudly home to the Australian Polyface Project. This project seeks to establish a fully integrated local Australian open-door multi-enterprise regenerative farm business, modelled on Joel Salatin’s world renowned Polyface Farm in Virginia USA, while inspiring citizen and local community participation through both patronage and education programs.
The project also seeks to adapt these farming methods to the Australian landscape and to develop regenerative agriculture ‘best practices’ through trail and error that work in our conditions. The challenges and successes being openly shared through various media and on-farm through tours and workshops and on this website.
The farm also offers a variety of education opportunities, from long-term apprenticeship and short-term intern programs, through regular farm tours, speaking events & intensive multi-day workshops.
